Calcium silicate board is a new type of green environmental protection board with excellent performance, such as fireproof, moisture proof, insect-resistant ant, easy working, thermal insulation, low deformation coefficient and durable. It is widely used for ceiling, partition wall, basal plate for EPS board and baseplate for decorative board.

🛠️ Partition Installation Steps

Fix top and bottom keels with expansion bolts.2
Align vertical keels (generally 612 mm) with lateral support.3
Cut board material to dimensions (10mm lower than wall height).4
Fix board on keel with tapping screws (200~250mm interval).5
Keep expansion seam of about 4mm between boards.

Carry out line-measuring; boom central range is generally 1200mm.2
Connect boom and main keel with hanging pieces.3
Fix sub-keel to main keel (612mm axis range).4
Install lateral supporting keels (1224mm range).5
Fix boards on sub-keels with tapping screws.

Generally, we pack our goods in bundles or wood pallets. We can also do packaging according to customer's requests.

We accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% during the period of shipment, or L/C at sight.

How about your delivery time?
For stock items, we can ship within 15 days after deposit. For production, it usually takes about 20-25 days.
