Calcium silicate board is a new type of green environmental protection board with excellent performance, such as fireproof, moisture proof, insect-resistant ant, easy working, thermal insulation, low deformation coefficient and durable. It is widely used for ceiling, partition wall, basal plate for EPS board and baseplate for decorative board in offices, hospitals, factory building, villas, theaters and various art buildings.

🟧 Installation Procedures
Partition Wall Installation:
01The top and bottom keels are fixed respectively top floor and on floor with expansion bolts.
02The vertical keel should be aligned well (generally 612 mm) with laterally supporting keel installed.
03Cutting the board material to dimensions needed (about 10mm lower than wall height).
04Fix board on keel with tapping screws: interval generally 200~250mm, screws sinking 0.5mm.
Ceiling Installation:
01Carry out ceiling line-measuring; boom central range is generally 1200mm.
02Connect and fix the boom and main keel with hanging pieces to keep level.
03Vertically fix the sub-keel to the main keel (central range 612mm).
04Install the laterally supporting keel properly (central range 1224mm).

Generally, we pack our goods in bundles or wood pallets. We can also customize the package according to customer requests.
Q2: What are your terms of payment?
We accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% during the period of shipment, or L/C at sight.
Q3: How about your delivery time for orders?
For stock items, we can ship within 15 days. For production orders, it usually takes about 20-25 days after receiving the deposit.
Q4: Can you produce items based on samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We are capable of building the necessary molds and fixtures.
Q5: Do you provide samples for free?
We provide samples free of charge; however, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
