What is your MOQ?
Normally 13 Tons (20ft) is requested as the minimum order quantity. 1 Ton would be accepted but with a higher price. Different scents could be mixed into one container.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. We could offer free samples, but the courier fee should be paid by your side.
What is your popular package size?
6L (2.5KGS) per plastic bag, 8 bags per CTN. Your special requirements and custom sizing are also accepted.
Can I do OEM?
Yes. We have our own factory and packaging facility with professional designers to produce cat litter and bags as per your requirements.
What is the lead time for orders?
For existing bags, 1 week for a 20ft container. For new OEM brands, it takes about 4 weeks (3 weeks for bag production). Repeat OEM orders take 1-2 weeks.
