Special raw materials: Cassava starch as the core, combining "strong viscosity" and "low sensitivity". Starch is naturally sticky and has a longer lasting cohesiveness.
The most significant characteristic of cassava starch is its "natural high viscosity". This stickiness allows cassava cat litter to quickly form a "tight and non-collapsing" mass when exposed to water. Even if cats urinate multiple times in the same location, the mass can stick together layer by layer and remain intact. Unlike tofu cat litter which may loosen, these clumps have sufficient hardness and almost no debris will fall off.
1. Raw material selection: Carefully select substrates based on environmental protection. High-quality pea fiber and cassava starch are mixed 360° to form a uniform base powder.
2. Pulping and shaping: The slurry is sent into a spiral extruder. Under high pressure, it is extruded into particles with a diameter of 1.5-3mm, forming the "initial embryo" of the cat litter.
3. Drying and solidification: Particles are fed into a dryer at 100°C-110°C. This reduces moisture to below 10%, ensuring hardness and sterilization.
4. Finished product packaging: Computer precise weighing (2.5kg, 6L, 10L) into highly sealed bags to lock in quality.
