What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For online orders, the MOQ is 1 piece per model. For OEM/ODM customized orders, our standard MOQ is 500 pieces, though we accept smaller trial orders.
What is the typical delivery time?
Sample orders are processed within 3-7 working days, while bulk orders typically take 15-20 working days for delivery.
What shipping methods are available?
We utilize express services (UPS, FedEx, DHL), as well as sea and air transportation. We work with stable logistics partners or can use your preferred forwarder.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard term is T/T (30% deposit, balance upon completion). We are also flexible to discuss other payment methods based on your needs.
